It is suitable for occasions where high temperature heating is required, such as industrial furnaces. Silicon carbide heating elements are also beginning to appear in high-end home ovens, providing more choices for baking enthusiasts.
The working principle of oven heating elements is mainly based on the Joule heating effect generated when current passes through resistive materials. When current passes through the heating element, due to the existence of resistance, the electrical energy is converted into thermal energy and released. This thermal energy is then transferred to the air and food in the oven through heat conduction, convection or radiation, thereby achieving the purpose of heating.

Heating uniformity: Heating uniformity is crucial to baking quality. If the temperature distribution inside the oven is uneven, it may cause uneven heating of the food, affecting the taste and appearance. Therefore, an excellent heating element should have good heating uniformity to ensure consistent temperature inside the oven.
Service life: Service life is an important indicator to measure the durability of heating elements. High-quality heating elements should have a long service life, reduce replacement frequency, and reduce the cost of use.
Oven heating elements play a vital role in the baking process. It not only provides the required heat to make the food evenly heated and cooked, but also controls the degree of baking of the food by adjusting the temperature and time, so as to make delicious dishes.
For example, when making cakes, the oven heating element needs to provide a stable temperature environment so that the cake body is heated evenly and expands well. If the temperature is too high or too low, it may cause the cake body to collapse or burn. When baking meat, the oven heating element needs to provide a high enough temperature environment to quickly caramelize the surface of the meat, lock in the gravy, and keep the inside fresh and juicy.
